Your Mountain Escape at the Gateway to the Uinta Mountains

Fantastic home. All new and modern feel. Spacious main floor for gathering, playing games, and an all around good time. Beds were comfy. Clean upon arrival. Couldn’t ask for better hosts that want to make sure you are comfortable!

Stayed here with some friends recently and really loved it! The house is beautiful and located in a great location. Close to park city and the Uintas so there is lots to do nearby! The owners were very accommodating and incredibly nice people. They really made our experience as enjoyable as possible. I would look forward to going again in the summer months to have a nice place to stay so close to the Uintas. Be sure to check this one out!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was so nice being up in the mountains but yet also still close enough to town and the house was beautiful. The owners were super nice and easy to communicate with and they really thought of it all when it comes to the care and comfort of your stay. And when I say they had it all, I mean they had it all! I was impressed to see they had sippy cups for kids, little kid utensils, provide spices for meals, the beds were actually comfortable and not break your back hard and even their soaps and shampoo/ conditioner was good quality and not the cheap soaps that make your body feel sticky like most rentals have. 10/10 would recommend.

The Gateway Getaway property was perfect for our weekend getaway!! We actually wish we could have stayed longer, which means we will definitely be back. The location was perfect, going up the mountain to see multiple lakes, lookouts and simply amazing scenery. Going down the mountain to the small, quaint town of Kamas, where there were plenty of dining options, a coffee shop and a grocery store close enough to keep us equipped all weekend long. The hosts were so very helpful and extremely friendly, the property was clean, organized and esthetically pleasing throughout, the hot tub was perfect for the family, as was the layout of the entire house. I could go on and on about this place, check it out for yourself. We will definitely be back!

If you are looking for a well stocked vrbo surrounded by nature this has it all. Walk down the road to the little bridge over the rushing Beaver Creek, take a short drive up into the wasatch mountains for hiking and perhaps fishing. Kamas has great little eateries and a good grocery store and even some little shops. The accommodations are top notch with nice linens and comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our 3 day visit there and will come back.
